"I'm a longtime yogi who lost my left foot in June 2017. Sarah has been working with me individually for some months now to regain my practice. This was a rather challenging assignment; standard yoga instruction and poses will obviously not do in my situation, and we have both had to work together, feeling our way forward on how to adapt things. I could not be happier with Sarah as an instructor. She has moved my practice forward faster than I would have believed possible, projecting enthusiasm and cheerfulness, striking a difficult balance between respect for what I can do today and encouragement to do more.
